Yes. Reports are filled in on a smartphone or tablet – administration runs in the browser and is therefore platform-independent.

Yes. Reports can be completed entirely offline – in a basement or a new build without reception, for example. They are transferred as soon as there is a connection again.

Yes. Photos are taken inside the app, assigned to the relevant room or defect and embedded in the final PDF.

Yes. Via the database connection (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL and others) tenant and property data can be selected directly in the report. That prevents typing errors, and every report is assigned to the right record automatically.

In Germany. You have the choice: as a cloud solution in German data centres or on-premises – entirely on your own servers. This website is hosted in Germany as well.

Once completed, the report is generated as a PDF and delivered by email automatically – signed by tenant and landlord and therefore properly documented. How long you can additionally access it with us depends on the edition: in the Premium edition it stays in the archive for 90 days, in the Ultimate edition indefinitely, because there the application runs on your own servers. Five completed reports per month, with one user and one form template. The template is the type of report – a property handover, for example; the five are the reports actually created and sent. The finished PDF goes to everyone involved as usual, but it is not stored by us, so later access through the archive is not possible in the Basic edition. If you hand over properties regularly or work in a team, the Premium edition is the right fit; the individual limits are shown in the edition comparison.

In the Premium edition every completed report stays available in the archive for 90 days – which covers the period in which questions about the deposit or a follow-on tenant typically come up. After that it is removed from the archive. Nothing is lost: the signed PDF has been in everyone's mailbox since the day of the handover and can be filed there permanently. The 90 days apply to the online editions operated by us. If you need to retain reports longer or indefinitely, the Ultimate edition is the way to go: it is installed on your own servers, the reports stay inside your organisation and are not subject to any retention period set by us. No. Ultimate is deliberately designed as an on-premises edition: it runs on your own servers, reports and photos never leave your organisation, and the lookup function accesses your database directly – that is the actual point of this edition. For that reason we do not quote a self-service price but calculate installation, integration and maintenance as a project. If you would rather stay in our cloud, the Premium edition is the right choice; get in touch and we will work out in one appointment what makes sense for your situation.

Yes, from the Premium edition onwards. Your logo then appears in the header of the PDF, so the report reads as your own document. It is not included in the free edition – you will find the overview in the edition comparison.

Under German law a handover report is not a document subject to a formal requirement – it serves as evidence of the condition of the property at handover. What matters is therefore traceability: who signed what and when, and what the report said at that moment. That is exactly what the app records – including the time, the parties involved, the photos and the unaltered PDF that all sides receive immediately.

Lookup means the app accesses your existing database. Properties, flats and tenants can be selected directly in the form instead of being typed in every time. That prevents transposed digits in property numbers and assigns every report to the right record automatically. The function is included in the Ultimate edition. It requires direct access to your database and is therefore set up as part of the on-premises installation – see edition comparison.

If no contract is concluded, your trial data is deleted automatically after the 14 days – there is nothing to cancel and nothing for you to do. Simply save any reports you created during the trial as a PDF beforehand.

Yes. You receive the data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR when the contract is concluded. With on-premises operation on your own servers the data never leaves your organisation anyway.

To get started you need nothing but the app and an account – the standard handover form is ready to use straight away. Custom form changes and the connection to your property management software are agreed with you as part of the project.
