Why sending it on handover day makes the difference
The most common annoyance after a handover is not the report itself but distributing it. The tenant asks for a copy, the property manager needs the original, the owner wants to be informed – and somewhere in between a week goes by.
Here that step disappears. As soon as the report is completed and submitted in the app, the system generates the PDF and delivers it to the recipients on file – with condition, meter readings, keys, photos and the signatures of both sides. Who receives the report automatically?
Everyone whose email address you entered in the report – typically tenant, landlord and property manager.
Can I retrieve the PDF again later?
That depends on the edition: in the Premium edition it stays in the archive for 90 days, in the Ultimate edition indefinitely on your own servers. It remains in the recipients' inboxes in any case.
Can the PDF layout be customised?
Yes. The report follows your template; structure and scope depend on the form you work with.
Is the PDF legally reliable?
It documents the condition at the time of handover as signed by both sides and is delivered immediately. That is the basis that matters when questions about the deposit arise.
